Namitha, the leading lady in Jaganmohini, a remake of a blockbuster film of yesteryear going by the same name, was spotted in Andaman Islands a few days ago. Discreet enquiries revealed that the lady was there to pursue a one-week scuba diving course. Namitha, incidentally, plays a pearl diver in Jaganmohini and training in scuba diving is essential to film certain sequences.Jaganmohini, touted to be a visual effects extravaganza, has newbie Raja in the lead role and Nila. Namitha plays the jilted lover haunting the young prince avenging her death. The film is directed by noted cameraman and director N.K. Viswanathan.
