Cop’s hand in a TV serial



Looks like Tamil television is on the verge of breaking away from the stereotype Saas – Bahu soaps. One of the leading players in the Tamil television arena, Vijay TV recently launched its cop-tale sitcom titled Khakki officially. In an event held in Chennai, Commissioner of Police Mr. Sekar & Commissioner of Police Mr. S.R. Jangid officially announced the launch of Khakki. According to Vijay TV, Khakki is packed with live-wire police action and will be a salute to the real heroes. The sitcom will be telecast from Monday – Thursday at 7.30 pm starting from September 22.
Also, the third season of the hit series on Vijay TV, Kana Kaanum Kaalangal is ready with a fresh bunch of cast. Directors P.Vasu and K.Bhagyaraj along with Actor Rajesh officially announced the introduction of new batch of Kana Kaanum Kaalangal in Chennai recently.
