Gopal Reddy, eminent producer in both Kollywood and Tollywood passed away on Friday in Chennai after prolonged illness. He had been undergoing treatment for kidney disorders at Apollo Hospital for the past two weeks. He was 64.
He was the producer of many popular movies during his time. Prominent personalities from the film field and other walks of life expressed their grief. Among those who visited his residence to pay their final respects were actor Vishal, producer G.K. Reddy, Vikram Krishna and his family.
