Lingusamy will soon be directing a film featuring Karthi and Nayantara in lead roles. The shooting of the film would commence once Karthi completes 'Ayirathil Ouvan', which is being directed by Selvaraghavan. Lingusamy has tentatively titled the movie 'Paiya' meaning 'boy' in English. On rumors that Nayantara has been axed from the film, Lingusamy has emphatically denied them. 'Nayantara is very much part of the project' he says. Plans are on to shoot the film early next year. Meanwhile Lingusamy's home production Thirupathy Brothers is currently doing a couple of films including the Nadhiya starrer 'Pattalam'.
