‘Rain Rain Go away’ - Kollywood says so

Climatic conditions are always contrastive for film industries and lay people. When there is a good sunlight, there are people saying it’s unbearably hot and what those who are filming would say? ‘Awesome, we’ve a good lighting’. So, when clouds are showering their heavy downpour it’s gonna be a merry time for lay people while a disastrous one for film units. Just imagine the great sets erected by art directors in outdoors for shooting and other unit members like Mani Rathnam’s bilingual project teaming up with short scheduled call sheets.
And now due to unbearable heavy flooded rainfall, shooting of around 40films has been called off. Some of them are ‘Adhi Narayana’, Sathyaraj’s ‘Sangamithra’, K T Kunjumon’s home production ‘Kadhalukku Maranam Illai’, Raghava Lawrence starrer ‘Rajathi Raja’, T P Gajendran’s ‘Magane En Marumagane’ and Odum Megangale’.
The entire film units are really distressed about the continuous downpour….
