Sherin has made a move from just being an actress to being a scriptwriter too. The attractive young actress, who made her debut with 'Thulluvatho Illamai', seems to be going places now. Busy doing movies in Tamil, Telugu and Kannada, Sherin is writing the script and screenplay for a Kannada film.
After tasting success in the Kannada film 'Bhupathi' along with Dharshan, Sherin has had several offers pouring in from Kannada filmdom. She will be seen in films including 'Sihi Gali' and 'Yogi'. In Tamil, she can be seen in 'Vil' a movie in which she pairs with actor-director S J Suryah.
Keen to make a mark for herself in direction, Sherin has ventured to pen the story and screenplay for a Kannada film. According to her, 'it is an engrossing story with action and suspense'.
It's about the travails of today's TV journalists. It's about cut-throat competition and the things they do to get scoops and improve their TRPs' (Television Ratings Protocol).
Not divulging any more details, she says, 'the script work is almost complete and we are planning to shoot soon'.
