Suriyakiran, a popular child artiste – turned - director in the Telugu film industry is venturing to do a Tamil movie now. Suriyakiran is married to popular actress Kaveri, who played sister to Sarath Kumar in 'Samudhiram'.
Kaveri will produce a movie titled 'Athiyayam 6' which would feature newcomer Harinath and Bala playing the lead roles. Kaveri, Kotta Srinivasa Rao, Rajan P Dev and Suman Shetty are also in the cast.
Suriyakiran has directed films including 'Sathyam' starring Nagarjuna and a couple of movies with big stars. Reports also suggest that he would soon wield the megaphone for a Telugu film starring Dr Rajasekhar.
Speaking about the Tamil project, Suriyakiran said, 'it is titled 'Athiyayam 6' since I have penned the screenplay is six chapters. Each chapter would have a color symbolizing the mood of the story. Blue signifies love, while red portrays violence'.
Chithiralselvan handles the cinematography while music is by Mohan Sithara, Arputhan and P C Sivan. The movie was shot in Sikkim, Assam, Meghalaya and Vizag.
Made simultaneously in Telugu and Tamil, the movie would be released soon.
