Bharathiraja’s reason for Bommalaatam delay

Director Bharathiraja has been the versatile personality in the town of Kollywood where he continually won laurels shifting paradigms from nativity based flicks to suspense-thrillers. With some of his previous projects not doing well at box office, he opted to make his dream project ‘Kutra Parambarai’. Well, it’s a high budget film and Director wanted to raise funds for producers of the film with Bommalaatam.
Shooting for the film was over before a long time; say a year back and now comes the time for getting out of cans. In a press meet held recently, the filmmaker said completing the film, a corporate company had got the release rights, but they had kept shelved for over 6 months. Finally, I planned to get back the film and so we are getting it released on December 12.
Adding more, he said, “I have been in the industry making films for past 35 years. I am successful director, but worst businessman without possessing the traits of how to sell the movie?”
