Versatile Superstar of Malayalam Film Industry Mammooty has been the most successful actor in Tamil, Telugu and Hindi. Well, for the film time we would be spotting him in a Kannada film. Titled as ‘Shikari’, the film is directed by Abhay Simha and Nanda Raja Shetty produces it. Bollywood’s favorite actress Konkona Sen Sharma stars opposite Mammooty in female lead role.
The film is based on the change of political scenario in India after its independence. Shooting for this film will hit the floors by the month of March. Earlier, Mammooty received more offers including from Director Rajendra Babu. But he didn’t accept the offers as the role or script wasn’t so powerful.
