‘Naalai Namadhey’ - With a Strong Message for Kids

Picking MGR’s titles have been the most common traits that one can use it for publicizing their films. Merely, ‘Naalai Namadhey’ falls under that specified category… Director Vinayan who had earlier remade his own Mollywood directorial into Tamil as ‘En Mana Vaanil’, ‘Kasi’ and ‘Arputha Theevu’ goes for a direct Tamil film titled ‘Naalai Namadhey’. The film features debutant Pradeep from the school of Koothu Pattarai and Kadhalna Summa Illa fame Sarvanand in lead roles. Tanisha once a child artist takes on her debut of donning female lead over here. Apart from them Kiran, Rajan P Dev, Ashish Vidyarthy, Thanigala Bharani, Charlie, M S Baskar and Viyapuri are also starring in this film.
Nalai Namadhey will have a strong storyline and is packed with sentiments. The director while speaking said, “It is a movie targeting children. The title is catchy, for it is inspired by an MGR film.” The movie was shot in Hyderabad, Kerala, Pudhucherry and its nearby areas. Rajarathinam has handled the camera while Bharadwaj has composed the music for the lyrics penned by Pazhani Bharathy. Vijaya Murugan is in charge of art while Mafia Sasi has taken care of the stunts. The film which is nearing completion is being produced by Joseph Maveli.
