Actress Devika from God’s Own Country makes her debut in Kollywood with ‘Vaalmiki’ starring Kalloori fame Akil in lead role.
Produced by Vikatan Talkies, the film’s audio was recently launched herein Chennai with Ilayaraja scoring music for it.
As known to earlier information, Ananda Narayanan once an associate of Director Shankar and Gandhi Krishna makes his debut directorial with this film.
Actress Devika says, ‘I was quite shocked to hear Director Ananda Narayanan shooting out 3 questions. “Do you own a car?” – ‘Do you have A/C facility in your home?’ – ‘Do you visit beauty parlors?’ With much gleefulness, I said ‘Yes’ and only got shocked as he said ‘Stop’ these habits once till the shooting is done…
I am enacting the role of a flower vendor and so had to shoot without wearing slippers. I am quite nervous will these earnest efforts win me good appreciations.’Sure Devika,
