Director Shankar hasn’t been a successful producer, but made great waves well as a producer too.
Right now, he has produced three films simultaneously rolling on the floors: ‘Eeram’, ‘Rettaisuzhi’ and ‘Anandha Purathu Veedu’. First to release amongst them is ‘Eeram’ a romantic suspense thriller starring Nanda, Aadhi and Sindhu Menon in lead roles.
The audio for this film will be launched by Rajnikanth tomorrow morning at Satyam Cinemas while director M. Sasikumar will receive the first copy. The film is directed by Arivazhagan who earlier assisted director Shankar in his various films: ‘Anniyan’ and ‘Boys’.
Director Shankar’s other production ‘Anandha Purathu Veedu’ is also based on a suspense thriller with horror elements. Director Shankar has thusly planned to produce more thrillers in future.
