ike silver lining, the news of another Hollywood project to Azhar Ismail’s family came as a blessing. The child actor of ‘Slumdog Millionaire (SM)’ Azhar Ismail had lost his father recently, owing to tuberculosis.
Now the kid has been approached by the makers of an international movie, titled 'Lord Owen's Lady'. Along with Azhar, his SM co-star, Rubina Ali too has been signed on. The film is based on a Welsh nobleman who falls in love with an Indian girl and sources say that well-known actor Sir Anthony Hopkins would be a part of this one. The movie is going to be shot in Wales and India.
On learning about his father’s demise, Martin Pennell the Executive Producer conveyed his condolence to Azhar and hoped this incident wouldn’t mar the child’s Hollywood career.
