Director Jananathan to direct a historical film

Director Jananathan said,” I created Iyarkai, E and Peranmai with the intention of giving a new experience. I am happy that all the three have been successful.

Only Hollywood films have been known universally. But films like Passion of Christ and Apocalypto was a great success worldwide. These films were made in Hebrew language which is less spoken by people.
When films like these made in Hebrew language can create records why can’t the films made in Tamil which is spoken by millions of people create records? Next I will be directing a film with a popular hero and another film which will be a historical romantic film.’
