Vijay’s ‘Vettaikaran’ has kept the fans much awaited with the release. It’s long-worn out issue that it was supposed to hit screens for Diwali and as the project stepped into the hands of Sun Pictures, the scenarios have been completely different.Now, the latest buzz is that Vettaikaran has been confirmed for the Pongal release. Recently, the song involving Vijay and Anushka was supposed to be shot in Pune (earlier it was planned to scheduled at ‘Australia’ and got cancelled as the Visa was denied).Usually Sun Pictures takes a month to promote its films. Likely, with couple of films ‘Kanden Kadhalai’ and ‘Kutty’ ready for the schedule; the production house will take some time to publicize the film vigorously.
