‘Let bygones be bygones’ – the pathetic reviews of ‘Kanthaswamy’ has urged Vikram to look out for good scripts. An actor on the screen is an actor in real life indeed and Vikram proves not to be an exception. Though histhoughts are brimmed with the bad reviews on his previous film, he keeps himself intact with a same verdict that – Kanthaswamy is a big blockbuster.
And now, here he joins hands with Selvaraghavan who presumes him to be an unorthodox filmmaker of breaking the barriers of clichéd cinema and none of them making it big in tinsel town. Dark shadedcinematography, bold and bare romantic sequences, and filthy languages – much alike another DVD director in Kollywood, Selva makes films based with these ingredients.
Now, he has started shooting for his untitled film starring Vikram, Swathi and Andrea in lead roles on Oct 19 at Ladakh. Ramesh of Kanagarathna Movies is producing the film with a big budget. It’s worth mentioning that he is involved in production two big tickets in Telugu – Puli directed by SJ Surya ready to complete and an untitled flick with Mahesh Babu yet to commence.
