Actor Kamal Haasan is known for not missing the Independence Day Celebration. Just like the previous, the actor followed the effective way of marking this grand occasion. Kamal Haasan hoisted the flag with members of ‘Narpani Mandram’ taking part in it.
Later, he distributed sarees, sewing machines, tricycles, freezer boxes and student napkin machines and so on.
Similarly, his social service club members in various parts of Tamil Nadu donated sewing machines, freezer boxes and some of them financially supported for the heart surgeries of poor people. Members of North Chennai donated `10,000 for couple of students. Fans in Rasipuram were diligently donated books to 330 students. Fans in Karnataka offered Freezer Machines.
It’s worth mentioning that Kamal Haasan’s ‘Narppani Mandram’ and its members have been servicing to the extremum on all such occasions over the years.
