Director Lingusamy has roped Amala Paul for his next venture Vettai. Initially he was planning to book Tamannah. She had acted in his earlier flick Payya. But Tamannah demanded more money to act in Vettai. Shocked Lingusamy then decided to drop her and booked Amala Paul.
