Ranjitha is making a comeback in the tinsel town. The actress, who was in a hibernation mode for reasons known to everyone, will be seen in a Malayalam film titled ‘Puthumughangal’, which is expected to hit the screens very soon.
If sources are to be believed, she is playing a crucial role in the movie, jointly directed by Dawn Alex and Biju and produced by Salavuddin. Actors like Sarassi, Salimkumar, Thushar, Harisree Asokan, Ameera, Silsila Githa and Lalu Alex are playing pivotal roles.
The screenplay and dialogues have been scripted by Pradeep Kavunthara. Lyrics are by Ramesh Kavil and Vayalar Saratchandra Varma. While Syam Dharman has composed music for ‘Puthumughangal’.
It may be recalled that Ranjitha convened a press conference all of a sudden in Bengaluru last week, only to deny allegations made on her involving controversial godman Swami Nithyananda. “I will remain his devotee forever,” she said however.
