SC has quashed the petition of Actor Akash. He had prayed for the custody of his son Vijay Srihari with former wife Vanitha. Recenty Madras HC had permitted Akash to keep his son with him till Jan 18. So Akash moved to SC. SC has now dismissed Akash's plea and ruled that Vanitha can keep the child.
