The talented actor Karthik now returns to Tamil films with Feather Touch Entertainments Maanja Velu starring Arun Vijay. This is good news for fans who had missed out on the actors on screen histronics for some time now. Though he is acting in Mani Ratnam’s Raavan, Maanja Velu will hit the screens earlier says Arun Vijay. “As soon has he heard the story he agreed to the role,” says an excited Arun Vijay who feels he will gain a lot by working with the seasoned actor. A Venkatesh is directing the film. Karthik plays the role of a Cop and Arun Vijay’s brother in the film. The film also has other stalwarts like Prabhu and Prakash Raj and Karthik’s addition to the cast will surely be an added bonus and highlight for the viewers. Shooting for his portion begins on Oct 4th.
