Before few months, the Malayalam movie ‘Passenger’ made high waves in Mollywood for its exceptional storyline set in backdrops of metro train journey that relates unknown identities to help each other. Dileep, Mamta Mohandas and Srinivasan donned the lead roles.The Malayalam movie was directed by Ranjith, once an associate of director Lal Jose and now Kavithalaya seems to have acquired the remake rights. Seems that Sathyaraj and Ganesh Venkataram of ‘Unnai Pol Oruvan’ fame have signed the deal with director Selvah for the remake and official announcements are yet to be made.
