K V Anand thanks Kolleagues

With just three more days left for the release of ‘Ko’, captain of the ship K V Anand feels that it was because of an excellent team he was able to make the film without any compromise.
“Right from the producer to actors to crew members, everyone cooperated with me a lot while making the movie. But for their support, ‘Ko’ would not have taken shape as expected,” says the cinematographer-director.
On the lead actors, Jeeva, Karthika, Ajmal and Piya Bajpai, he says, “They have delivered their best. All the four are young and energetic and understood well what they were expected to do.”
“Script-wise ‘Ko’ will be better than ‘Ayan’, my earlier venture,” Anand says and adds: “I will try to outdo ‘Ko’ in ‘Maatran’ since I sincerely believe every film is an opportunity to polish my skills.”

Bala's next is called 'Agangaaran'

Bala has suddenly turned a maverick. Seems he is out to change the image thrusted on him that of a director who takes years to complete a film.

‘Avan Ivan’ is in its final post production stage and will be ready for April release. But within that period Bala may launch his next film.

Buzz is that Bala has titled his next film 'Agangaaran' and he will start the film sooner than expected. Sources say this title was registered even as the shooting of ‘Naan Kadavul’ was going on.

It’s interesting. ‘Avan Ivan’ was completed faster than ‘Naan Kadavul’. By that logic ‘Agangaaran’ will be completed faster than ‘Avan Ivan’. No complaints. Only praises for Bala.

Ram Gopal Varma pulls Karan’s legs with RC

Ram Gopal Varma’s upcoming film Rattha Charithram is all set to hit screens during third week of November and the filmmaker has vigorously started promoting the film. He has been claiming this one to be the best of all his movies.

It has been an usual comments passed by these filmmakers – Ram Gopal Varma and Karan Johar as they make fun of each other movies.

At the time of ‘Phoonk-2’ release (Tamil version titled ‘Bommai’), Karan Johar had tweeted – I saw this horror movie along with Ram Gopal Varma and the scariest part was watching the film holding his hands.

And now, as the release of ‘Rattha Charithram’ is fast approaching the release date, a similar take has happened, this time from Ram Gopal Varma. In his recent twitter, he has mentioned that Rattha Charithram is not about loving families, but warring families. So the ones who loved Karan Johar’s ‘Kabhi Kushi Kabhi Gum’ can better stay away from this film.

Such a bold promotion of film: only RGV get along with it.
