Priyamani’s mistake

Priyamani is known for making bold statements and this time she has stunned many by openly declaring that it was a mistake to have signed up Raktha Charithra. The actress was apparently expecting the trilingual to set the box office on fire, but it failed to evoke any response in Tamil while it received a lukewarm response in Hindi and Telugu.

The national award winner is upset by this and has said that she accepted that offer to star in RC hoping that it would raise her star status. Since this did not happen, Priyamani is deeply regretting her decision to have starred in the film.

The shooting of ‘Mankatha’ is proceeding at rapid pace across the locales of Chennai. So far, there have been certain assumptions that the film is a serious crime-drama with less prominence for ‘fun’ traits (common in all Venkat Prabhu films). According to the closer sources, it’s a high-spirited peppy number with the distinctive touch of Yuvan Shankar Raja. Venkat Prabhu’s most favorite Shobi is choreographing the song.

Venkat Prabhu has already completed shooting for couple of tracks including title song in Bangkok. Without a doubt, it is ensuring that the filmmaker is going at right momentum so as to complete the project at scheduled time.
