Murugadoss refuses Rajini's guest role!

Director Murugadoss has tasted success with Ghajni, which had Surya and Asin in the lead roles, in Tamil. This huge success paved him the way to direct Aamir Khan in Ghajni's remake in Hindi. Now the director is contemplating on directing a film with his star idol Rajinikanth. In fact, the director had approached Rajini to persuade him to act in a film to be
directed by him even before Kuselan was made. But the project did not work out owing to some unforeseen circumstances. Meanwhile, the director talking to Behindwoods refuted the news that has been spreading like wildfire that Rajini would make a guest appearance in the next Murugadoss-directed film, which has Surya in the lead role.
It is also believed that Rajini is in awe with the director's capabilities after watching his film Ghajni. If Rajini eventually accedes to Murugadoss's project it will not be a typical Rajini film, says sources.
