Actress Jayashree was introduced by veteran director Sridhar to the world of cinema through the film 'Thendralae Ennai Thodu' which starred Mohan. The actress made it big working in many films such as 'Thirumathi Oru Vegumathi', 'Thali Dhanam' and 'Pistha'.
Jayashree got married in 1988 and bid adieu to acting. She now has two sons. The actress is making a comeback to acting with the film 'Kadhal 2 Kalyanam'. Jayashree who is popular in Telugu as well has plans to continue her acting career in full throttle.
Incidentally, Jayashree hosted a popular show for a private satellite channel recently. She also lent her voice for Jyothika in the film 'Pachaikilli Muthucharam'.
