Nakul making his debut with ‘Boys’ didn’t have a great time till his recent release ‘Kadhalil Vizhundhen’… Though the film wasn’t a great one, Nakul fetched best credits for his performance and has been winning more offers. At present, he is busy shooting for ‘Masilamani’ where he has joined hands again with his ducky girl Sunaina. Much before completing the film, Nakul is offered to don lead role in ‘Kandhakottai’ with actress Poorna starring him opposite in female lead. She had captured the young hearts with ‘Kodaikanal’ and ‘Muniyandi Moondram Vizhangiyal’.
The film is directed S. Kathiravel who earlier worked with Radha Mohan and Priya as associate director. Produced by ESK Internationals, the film has Sampathraj donning the baddie role while rest of the casts includes Santhanam, Sathyan, Ponvannan, and Kadhal Dhandapani. Dheena tunes melodies to the lyrics penned by Yughabharathi, Thamarai and Sneghan.
