Malayalam hit film Passenger is being remade in Tamil with the title Muriyadi. The Malayalam film was directed by Ranjith Shankar.
The film is about a social worker who assists a female TV reporter in exposing a corrupt minister. Selva is directing this remake version which is being produced under Kavithalaya banner.
Sathyaraj plays the social worker role while Ramya Nambesan dons the role of TV reporter. Ganesh Venkataram who debuted in Unnai Pol Oruvan is doing the role of Ramya’s husband. D Iman is composing the music.
