Vikranth made his debut as hero in the film Karka Kasadara. After this he had acted in Mudhal Kanave, Ninaithu Ninaithu Parthen, Nenjathai Killadhe and Goripalayam. Last year he married the Malayalam actress Manasa. Manasa became pregnant. Day before yesterday night, she experienced labor pain and she was admitted to a private nursing home at Royapettah. Yesterday morning she delivered a beautiful baby boy at 7 AM. Both the mother and child are doing well. Vikranth who was happy distributed sweets to the hospital staff and friends.
