Isaignani Ilayaraja Becomes Distributor

A remarkable journey of 902 films across Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, Hindi and Kannada film industry has kept Ilayaraja, the undeniable musical genius. The maestro doesn’t appreciate a film at an ease, though it carries his brand. But this time, he has gone ahead surprising the makers of ‘Sengathu Bhoomiyile’ produced by Swami Cine Arts.

The film is directed by Rathnakumar, who has penned story, screenplay and dialogues for the films ‘Kizhakku Seemaiyile’, ‘Karuthamma’, ‘Kadal Pookal’ and ‘Tamizh Selvan’. He made his debut directorial with the movie ‘Senadhipathi’.

Much fascinated with the distinctive style of movie, Ilayaraja himself had approached the makers assuring that he will release the film worldwide. Pawan, Senthil, Singam Puli, Azhagan Tamizh Mani and 100 newcomers have played important roles.
