Few days to go for Dhanush's 'Power Paandi'

Actor Dhanush will be making his debut as a director with 'Power Paandi' which star Rajkiran in lead role. Dhanush who is also producing the flick under his Wunderbar Films banner has announced a few months back that the film will hit the screens on April 14, 2017 which is also the date of his mother's birthday.

In his latest tweet Dhanush said "Power paandi last 5 days".

The shooting of the film commenced in September last year and has been continuously progressing on schedule.

'Power Paandi' stars Prasanna, Chaya Singh, Robo Shankar, Viduillekha Raman in as the principle cast members. Dhanush will be playing an extended cameo as the younger version of the lead character played by Rajkiran. Madonna Sebastian play's Dhanush's pair in the film. Director Gautham Vasudev Menon and popular anchor Divyadarashini aka DD are also essaying cameo roles in the film.

Sean Roldon is rendering the music score and Velraj is the cinematographer on this film based on the lives of stunt artists in Kollywood.
